Many of my clients start with a Curated Conversation. It’s a great way for them to reflect on work and life, identify themes and establish what’s holding them back. Some are happy to stop there, report in hand, with areas to investigate and explore on their own.
Others like encouragement and regular support. A 60-90 minute session, where they can dive into topics in detail – a safe space to mull, think, let rip. I work with people from varied backgrounds, roles and stages in life. Some clients want to address specific performance issues at work. Others are at a crossroads in careers or life, keen for practical steps forward. Some want a sounding board on alternative ways to make a living. Many are just trying to unknot years of behaviour or ways of working that are… well, no longer working.
My aim is for sessions to be engaging and enjoyable – life is full of difficult, tiresome and boring activities. Let’s not put our own development in the same bucket! If you’re interested, my influences are occupational psychology, coaching (Humanistic/Person-Centred and Positive psychology), plus Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, systemic thinking, and family systems. I also like to work creatively, so I often use my photographs when words aren’t enough. See more about my different qualifications and skills here. I’m not a psychotherapist so if you have mental health issues please talk to your doctor, psychiatrist or therapist.
Perhaps you’d like to hear feedback from clients who have worked with me? You can find some here. It takes a number of sessions every fortnight/month to ensure time for change (minimum booking is four). Some clients complete sessions, go away, work on actions and come back for a top-up some months later. That’s fine too.
My fees for private clients are £100 (plus VAT) per hour. My Executive Coaching fees are £550 (plus VAT) for a minimum of 90 minutes. I offer reductions to a small number of private clients if they are on low wages or in difficult circumstances. To find out about my experience and qualifications click here.
