Coaching

Many of my clients start with a Curated Conversation. It’s a great way for them to reflect on work and life, identify themes and establish what’s holding them back. Some are happy to stop there, report in hand, with areas to investigate and explore on their own.

Others like encouragement and regular support. A 60-90 minute session, where they can dive into topics in more detail – a safe space to mull, think, let rip. I work with people from varied backgrounds, roles and stages in life. Clients come looking for clarity about themselves and their work. Some are at a crossroads in careers or lives, keen for practical steps forward. Some want a sounding board about ways of making a living. Others are trying to unknot years of behaviour or ways of working that are… well, no longer working.

My aim is to make sessions engaging and enjoyable – life is full of difficult, tiresome and boring activities, let’s not put development in the same bucket! If you’re interested, my influences come from mediation, occupational psychology, creativity, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, narrative coaching, systemic thinking and family systems work. See my qualifications and skills here. I’m not a psychotherapist so if you have mental health issues please talk to your doctor, psychiatrist or therapist.

Want to hear from others? That’s understandable. Here is some feedback from my coaching clients. It generally takes four to six sessions every fortnight/month (minimum four sessions) to ensure sufficient time for change. Some clients even complete their sessions, go away, work on things and come back for a top-up some months later. That’s fine too.

My fees are £100 (plus VAT)/$140 per hour. I offer reductions for those on low wages or in difficult circumstances. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss working together.
