I’m a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist, Associate Fellow of British Psychological Society (BPS), Certified Principal Business Psychologist and registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council. I’m a member of the Division of Coaching Psychology and International Society for Coaching Psychology and am on the BPS Register of Coaching Psychologists.
I’ve got qualifications in stress management, performance coaching, systemic coaching, transitions and developmental coaching. I have a basic level certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have just started dipping my toes into Internal Family Systems therapy. I am also a certified organisational mediator and have been writing a coaching blog for 18 months called Spoon by Spoon.*
My past experience has included facilitating leadership development for the UK’s National Health Service and I worked at global professional services and management consultancy firm KPMG for many years building their Executive Development Centre, setting up global coaching communities, running research and a lot of client work (communications, training, change management, culture change). I’ve been Head of Leadership Development for Lloyds Bank and Santander in the UK, along with working at two boutique people development and psychology consultancies. See some of the companies I’ve worked for or with below.
A long while ago I was on TV talking about psychology, wrote blogs for HR websites and articles for The British Journal of Leadership in Public Services. I also lectured at Kings College London on their Diploma in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry.
That’s enough about me, what about you?
*Now for the serious bit I am DBS certified and have professional civil liability insurance for psychology services (indemnity liability £1.5 million/public liability of £10 million).
