I’m a Chartered Occupational (Organisational) Psychologist, Coaching Psychologist, Associate Fellow of British Psychological Society, registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council, member of Association of Business Psychologists, Special Group in Coaching Psychology and International Society for Coaching Psychology. I’ve got coaching qualifications in stress management, systemic coaching, transitions and developmental coaching. I’m about to get training in CBT coaching and I’m also a certified organisational mediator. Woo hoo!*
My career has included facilitating leadership development for the National Health Service in the UK. I worked at global professional services and management consultancy firm KPMG for many years, building their Executive Development Centre, setting up global coaching communities, running research and lots and lots of client work (communications, training, change management, culture change). I’ve also been Head of Leadership Development for both Lloyds Bank and Santander in the UK, along with working for two boutique people development and psychology consultancies.
About 100 years ago I was on TV talking about psychology, wrote blogs for HR websites and articles for The British Journal of Leadership in Public Services. I also lectured at Kings College London on their Diploma in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry.
That’s enough about me, what about you?
*Now for the serious bit I have professional civil liability insurance for psychology services (indemnity liability £1.5 million and public liability of £10 million).
